During a parents meeting at a certain school the headmistress decided that with the parent's support, sharing their time and effort could result in encouraging a nurturing environment by spending the maximum amount of time with their children. The headmistress intended that while the majority of the parents in the community were employed, they could find some time to dedicate to establish an understanding of their children's needs.

  The headmistress was surprised when one of the parents stood up and explained that they had no time to speak with their children during the week. When they leave to go to work it is so early that the children are still sleeping and when they get back from work it is very late and the children are not awake. Explaining that they had to work these hours to provide a lifestyle for their family, while mentioning that they had no time for their children, which was heartbreaking for them. They tried to redeem themselves by kissing their children at night when arriving home, hoping that the child would feel their presence. This parent made a knot at the end of the sheet, which covered his child. This act was completed every night religiously, when he went to kiss his child goodnight.

  When the child woke up and saw the knot, he knew that his Father had come in the night to give him a kiss. The knot was a form of communication between the two of them.

  The headmistress was touched by that excepcional story and was surprised to confirm that the boy was one of the best pupils in the school.

  This fact makes us reflect on the many different ways people can interact and communicate. That father found his own way, simple but efficient. And the main thing is that his son was perceiving what his father was telling him through the effective bond.
   Sometimes we worry so much about the way we say things that we forget about the main thing: communication through emotions.

   I´s a right to worry about people, but it is more important that they know and feel that we worry about them.
  For communication to exist, it is essential that people listen to the heart language because as for affection, feelings always speak louder than words. That is why an affectionate kiss can take away a headache, a scratch on the knee or the fear of darkness.
   People may not understand the meaning of many words, but they can value a love gesture, even if it is only a bond.
